Ground Planes

Assets + Accessories Ground Planes

Download [142.9 MB]
This package provides options as far as a foundational element to outdoor scenes. Many of these assets extend in size to the viewing limits of VAM, creating an artificial horizon.

Assets with "black" in the title do not reflect any light at all.

You will see an update subfolder, this folder includes additions for Version 4. I wish I had not created the update subfolder in the first place, but I don't want to delete it now, as it could disrupt existing scenes that creators have already made. The latest alien plane updates are in the main folder. Regardless of where the asset is, I have now added preview pictures to make it easier to find the ground plane that you are interested in.

Feels like the backgrounds are very neglected in VAM.

The stuff you bring was much needed. Thanks, much appreciated!

Thank you for the nice feedback. I started building large ground assets quite a while back when I wanted to make outdoor scenes that looked open and realistic. I have tried to keep adding more backgrounds that I think many creators would like to use.
