Change type of skirt in PRESETS tab - they are already "fav" (or use textures in folder manually).
Some Important Things: For bigger/smaller hips use bigger/smaller "Distance scale" in Physics tab. Or, if the skirt is flying up because of big hips collision - try to increase its weight. All clothes are created for default model and may be a bit unpredictable for a non-standart body sizes.
