I found the original textures to be a bit too dark, so added transparency and made them a little brown. You can change hue in image editors to change hair color.
Instructions to use texture:
Go to Person Menu> Skin Textures> Decal> Gens
In the file browser find CheekiBreeki.Soft_Pubes.1 and open it. Select texture from normal or blush options.
