I really don't know how to use a pose pack that ends with [vap], can you make a tutorial, thank you very much

Bring up your UI (U). When you are in edit mode (E), select the character (N), you will see a Tab "Pose Preset." There is a button "Select Existing." You need to search through your file directory to find the poses.
