I know it's quite annoying to play around with physics and morphs to make clothing work good but there is no other way to do it when you have extreme morph. Believe me, it's worth it to spend some time on that
If nipples pop out it's mostly here "Female Morph>Category>Morph/Chest/Nipples > Nipples 1.000→0" if not check "only active" in the morph tab to find faster where your custom morph for nipples can be. Just get through all sliders that have nipples in their name.
If you have any issues with stripes between tits try this slider "person > clothing > customize > physics > distance scale" or you can also play around with gravity and weight in the physics tab
