Everything you need is in that Var file. Just get the textures from there. If you load my model into VAM, you can also export it from there as an OBJ file, no additional plugins needed.
It's allowed as long as you give me credit for the model, for the textures credit me and RenVR. One last thing, it cannot be sold. It can be shared for free or for personal use only since the license is CC BY-NC-SA.
