I already have something like that. I don't know how the other bulgers do it but my plugin precisely measures the penetration depth (and stretch for the anus). The problem is, that you always have to translate this data to a predefined set of morphs. I see no other way of doing this in a performant way. Like Stoppers Skin Cloth plugin, it's amazing, but it cuts my fps in half.
Aside from that: You can't do this "relistically", because the actual depths are far from what you see in hentai movies. So you'll always have to scale the depth by some amount to get a noticable effect.
