Yeah, ran it twice, fell out both times around the anim where she leans to the side.

do you have soft body and high-quality physics turned on? that could be why, i ran it at least a dozen times before posting and never head a slip out ill have to take a look im glad you were able to solve it though!

It's a great idea, and I like it, but at a certain point the pose doesn't quite work anymore—that is, the penis doesn't fit back in. It would be really cool to see the whole scene where everything fits together perfectly, but it's still really good.

hey thank you for your feedback! your 100% certain you have both high quality physics and soft body physics enabled right? because i have tested the scene several dozen times and i have had zero slips, but with settings off it slips the scene depends on those physics to run properly since the scene doesn't use divining rod or the penis controllers. you can also turn on anal alignment in the orifice dynamics settings ive heard that helps!
