For some reason a few of my models lashes have gotten thicker. I reduced the thickness under the look tab by reducing the width to .00005. However after reloading the width jumps back to .00045. Pubs on some models also has this random thickening as well.

You probably clicked an option like "Enable on look load" or something like that. This makes it so GiveMeFPS overrides the original parameters of hair/clothes to the ones set within the plugin UI for better performance if you load a scene/preset and etc. You can either uncheck that to make hair look the way it's intended (but then you'll have a hit in performance) or adjust the parameters in GiveMeFPS to not be so detrimental to the hair.
