I downloaded this model, it says it is in my library . I don't see it, and I can't open it .

You should find it under the Appearance presets. Add a Person atom into a scene and load the appearance by clicking the Select Existing tab. If it still doesn’t show up, try refreshing the Hub or checking the installed packages list.

Let me know if it still doesn’t appear and I’ll help you figure it out.

Hey, Thanks for a great look! It seems there are missing gens textures in the appearance preset? I get the same issue with your Kate Knox look as well. Any help with this would be amazing! Thanks x x

I am not seeing this look in Appearance Presets/Select Existing either.
