Hello! Glad to hear that! As far as I remember it was just play along (there is no sunscreen :/ (at least not to apply on her back)) but just rubbing her back with your hands in VR (with collision enabled!) should trigger the scene to continue. I think this is after you bring the "sunscreen" from other girl. If you are able to maybe specify what is she saying to you where you getting stuck, i can take a look later.
