I'm not exactly sure what you want. vamX has a variety of voices, each with long orgasm sounds. You can choose a vamX voice and then when she orgasms (arousal slider gets to 100%) you will hear the orgasm of that person. You could also dig into the vamX var package and find and replace those... -
