Finally , always this one particular Plug-In make this stutter (VR Scroll V6) , yesterday I tried to disable this Plug-In , the stutter is all gone , so now I have only activate it when I need to scroll thing , inside the scenes , just disable it ! Thx god i figured it out finally😮‍💨
