So I can only make adjustments when its in a pose and not with the model just standing there in edit mode?

Update: I got it installed and when I load the alt futa mod and the open up plugins I can see it loaded the base feature onto model. However, when I go to the female morphs and find the adjustment sliders for the open up they are highlighted red and when I move the sliders they automatically...

Much appreciated. I will try and install the alt futa pack and then give it a shot. After I do that are the adjustments in the same area as the rest of the body mods like breasts, head, face, etc? Or does it have its own area?
