    You need to provide more info about what's going on in the scene. Are character atoms being enabled/disabled? Which atoms have which plugins installed? Which atom is doing the penetrating, and which is being penetrated?

    Here's a preset I use. Basically, it reduces the mass, and increases the spring and damping. Play with the values till you get the result you want. Put it in Custom\Atom\Person\GlutePhysics

    You can have multiple timeline animations on an atom. You can enable and disable individual timeline plugin instances from triggers. If you're manually making adjustments, make sure all the others are disabled when you adjust one of them.

    If everything else is the same, why not just load pose presets with the root node saved? That's a lot faster than loading a separate scene.

    Start Windows Task Manager before you start Vam. Get Vam to where it's really crawling along, then Alt-Tab to Task Manager. Look at the Performance page. Something on that page might be a clue to what the real bottleneck is.

    Check your BIOS settings. Is hyperthreading, or whatever AMD calls it properly enabled? If you unintentionally have limited it to 1 CPU core/thread per program, that would explain a lot.

    Try using Windows Task Manager to see if something else is stealing cycles. You can Alt-Tab to that while Vam is running. Try using GPU-Z to check the GPU usage. If that 1920x1000 is not the native resolution of the monitor, perhaps something is doing some conversion in the background stealing...

    Most likely, you were CPU bound with SBP on, so performance would have been terrible because of that.     In Vam, under User Preferences > Misc, make sure the default Daz content library path is correct. That's what it's telling you, that the path is incorrect. You want Vam to know where the main Daz Studio Content folder is. Mine looks like: C:\Games\DAZ 3D\Studio\Content
