I have the same issue, simply equipping any of the piercings causes a 25-40 FPS drop in VR. No other piercings have such a steep performance penalty (including some with morphs and physics from VL_13). Is there some setting that needs to be changed to prevent the FPS drop with these?

Does this plugin happen to fix the long-standing bug with Clothing Manager that prevents Timeline from saving poses?
