    You might try the GiveMeFPS plugin. Great plugin that gives you the ability to control the tradeoff between speed and model quality.

    Went from an I-7 6950X with a GTX 1080 to an I-9 10900KF with an RTX 3090 (both with 32 GB of RAM).     I think with CGS he's referring to the Cloth Grab Sphere atom. There is a tutorial somewhere on how to use it. Main thing to remember is it needs to contact cloth very quickly after you turn it on or it won't work.
