I agree. While using it i've realized that having most of the times the lines are enough for locating what im looking for, but sometimes they're close to eachother and might confuse knee and elbow for example. Not a big problem, as it was without this plugin Or, maybe making it an optional... -

Can an atom plugin change color of each one individually? so that you can have different colored controllers for different atoms (a: green b:blue c:red) If that is not even possible, i think what you were doing is better. Your icons mark left/right and the linked lines help locate which atom... -
