This scene is an example of what can be achieved combining my plugins TriggerIncrementer and ItemDuplicator, with almost no elements to achieve this result.

Place the plugin in an object and select the object that you want to duplicate. Every time the object is destroyed, or you press the "Respawn" button the object will be generated.
This plugin doesn't create unlimited instances; if there's already that object on the scene, it will get teleported...
