Is there a way to transfer at least the male face of a character to a female to make an AltFuta? I was hoping to find a solution that make it easier. If anyone knows how to do this, I would be really grateful.

Right, but I mean, the one penetrating is a male character, the bottom is the altfuta or male depends on which I use, im talking about the bottom moaning, sorry I didn't mention that earlier
