Strictly speaking, it is both a Scene and a Unity Asset. You can only add it through Misc → CustomUnityAsset. This is the standard way to use it in VaM. :D -

Environments Aged Urban Back Alley
The lighting is baked into the textures, and I even made the skybox as a mesh model, so all you can really adjust is the texture color. Usually, the result won’t look very good. Still, you can try this plugin: https://hub.virtamate.com/resources/dlutils.45501/ -
Environments Moonlit Classic Bedroom
I'm glad you like it. To be honest, I didn't refine the sofa very carefully. I only did a rough decimation pass, so it ended up with some cracks and black artifacts. Retopology would have been the best solution, but since I didn't use that sofa in my scene, I could only tolerate those flaws. -
