    Seems like I fixed it, i turned on online speech recognition in privacy->speech, after also turning on the ability to turn that on through organization settings. Odd. Seems the voice recognition used in Service from below is only half-functional, but it's a good step.

    (un)fortunately, that would require me to upgrade from W10 to 11; though I am looking into a lightweight W11 alternative like Atlas to dualboot with a linux distro... Once I get past the fear of losing access to files & games. Regardless, it's probably a decent use for AI, even if it might be...

    Yeah i had a look at another plugin that said WVR (likely) needs to be active, so I'm suspecting that's the issue. Thank you for the help though, I'll have to look at how to fix this (and if I can)
