I just change the model and the bulging stops working and i set the plugin as scene plugin

Changing out the model in the scene breaks the bulger and trying to reload it makes vam crash

This should really be made into a session plugin its that good that its needed all the time

Now that you say your gaze works with no pose and cam. Why does it no save most of the settings for interest under gaze and have to be set it every time it does not save the male settings under interests
