VaM 1.x How Do I Add AltFutas to a Scene?
You have to save a plugin preset in order to do that, plugins are not carried over if you just save the appearance. First load the appearance, then merge load a plugin preset with the altfuta plugin into the person atom. -
VaM 1.x is there any heat effect asset/plugin?
To make it smaller (like a campfire), you can enable the option inside VAMCUI UI for the UIText to rotate towards the camera, such that the blur is always facing you. It's not a 3D effect but it gives the impression it is. Edit: Better to show than to explain. Like this:- Geraldo

Unironically I was trying to find an asset for it this week. While I couldn't find any, I did come up with a rough workaround using VAMCUI that suffices for now, while hazmhox implements the proper thing on VAMStoryVFX. It's based around using a UIText atom as a glassy texture and animating it...- Geraldo

VaM 1.x How to Glue/Link Person A's Hand to Person's B back during Timeline.
Have you tried these plugins? Can be used to dynamically grab and hold to other objects/controls, and they're triggerable meaning you can synchronize them with your animation too. Not sure if it's easier or not for your particular case tho...- Geraldo
