Hmmmm weird. Did you download PixelPorts' Keira? Try to see if his morph is active, sometimes it bugs and not activates. I noticed this recently and the only thing I could do would be to repackage the morphs and this issue seems to be solved, it's something related to how his morphs are loaded...
