If it’s hard to find here, you could try using the in-game hub. I get 20 results in the plugins + scripts category when searching for "video" (20 total, not pages).

VAR files go into the “AddonPackages” folder. Most of your files should be of this type. If you have something else, the place where you downloaded it should have clear instructions on how to use it, for example the performance patch.
