Tried many variations, including vsync on/off, 60Hz through to 120hz within VAM and also Desktop. Best results with minimal stuttering I got was to set the desktop to 60 Hz and setting the VSync to on at 75hz within VAM. Any advice would be highly appreciated.

Oh no, this is not for the sheetsetter that works perfectly and that has the option of saving and loading presets within Timeline. It's for SimSetter and OutfitSetter.
