Hi, speed is controlled by the thrust durations, min and Max. Shorter durations are faster

Basically, it's a trigger that drives a variable item (such as color or anything that is driven by a slider). The faster it goes, the more it can push the sliders you link to it up. so a simple thing would be the faster your figure moves, the more a light changes from blue to red or something.

cool. So I think you'll see how the preset method works much better than a limited amount of plugin slots. You can even have several presets for a single pose and they should transition nicely between. for example, one that has the guy doing most of the thrusting, and another where she is...

When setting up your trigger, you want to use the Load Preset (Browser) option which then gives you the "Choose File" button allowing you to set the preset for that trigger. I haven't used Poser Saver Extended so I'm just assuming it has the ability to set up triggers upon pose load.
