I also have some mmds that the legs doesnt move when I use mmd master but I loaded it on mmd2timeline, the atom dances just fine. I tested all these in the create new scene, there are no errors or message logs whatsoever

i usually just play around the color and diffuse sliders to hide the seam as best as i can to match the color of the skin but sometimes its quite difficult when the atom im uses a specific texture, hoping you can find a workaround

idk if its just me but if the atom touches the floor the feet just clips through it

I tried it without the deeper plugin and the issue resolves so im pretty sure it has something to do with the deeper plugin.. I also tried reloading the plugin unfortunately it doesn't work, the thing is that there are so many variables inside the plugin I do not know what's causing it as for...
