Floating hands

So while everyone's busy putting DLSS5 into everything, I figured I'd try some new stuff for my fellow desktop players. I saw Mxx's Floating Hand plugin (https://hub.virtamate.com/resources/69063) and thought I could make interactive desktop scenes with it.
